A planned underground Etihad Rail station is intended to connect Marsa Al Saadiyat to the wider UAE rail network, alongside new roads, tunnel and bridge links toward Reem Island and Umm Yifeenah Island. The destination sits close to Abu Dhabi's Cultural District, home to the Louvre Abu Dhabi and Zayed National Museum.

Aldar has confirmed four residential products at Marsa Al Saadiyat: private mansions, luxury villas, waterfront apartments and branded residences. Talay, the first release, is two collections of 4 to 6 bedroom villas and is now open for registration.

Talay and Talay Beach are two distinct collections of 4 to 6 bedroom villas designed for families, close to the beach, the marina, the waterfront promenade and a planned school.
