When you fill in the consultation form, the brochure request form, or message me directly, I collect what you provide: your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, and any details about your goals, timeline or budget you choose to share.

How it's used

• To respond to your enquiry and follow up with the information you asked for (a call, a brochure, project details).
• To tailor the guidance I give you to your stated goals and budget.
• To keep a record of our conversation so I can serve you properly over time.

I do not use your information for anything beyond responding to you and, where you've agreed to be contacted, following up about the property or service you enquired about.

Sharing

I don't sell your information. Form submissions are processed through Web3Forms, a third party form delivery service, solely to route your message to my inbox. I may share relevant details with a developer or their sales team only where doing so is necessary to progress a specific enquiry you've made, and only with your knowledge.

Data retention

I keep enquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for the duration of our relationship and as required for record keeping.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to tell you what information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Contact me using the details below and I'll action this promptly.
